I am a teacher at King's Christian Collegiate in Oakville, Ontario, and I have had a connection with Kenya since 1996 and with Mully Children's Family since 2012. I have visited MCF five times, including three visits with groups of students. Each visit has deepened my appreciation for the extraordinary work taking place at MCF and for the people who make that work possible.
For this trip, my hope is not simply that we arrive in Kenya to "do something," but that we come ready to serve, listen, learn and work alongside MCF's Kenyan staff and professionals.
